We ship within the European Union from the Netherlands. Shipping is free.

Where we ship

Netherlands: Free standard delivery.
European Union: Free shipping. Delivery timing varies by country.
Outside the EU: We do not ship outside the European Union.

Timing

Most orders leave within 3 to 5 business days after payment. EU delivery times vary by destination.

At checkout

Select free shipping at checkout after you enter your address.

Returns

Because this is underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. The only exception is an accidental wrong order: the package must still be fully sealed and unused, and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via the Help form. We will confirm next steps by email.
