This notice explains what we collect on the Aurum Leo website, why we collect it, and who processes it. It is a practical summary, not a substitute for formal legal advice.

Who we are

Aurum Leo operates this showroom website and the product waitlist / shop experience linked from it.

What we collect

  • Waitlist / pre-order form: name, email, package quantity, size, optional notes, and your confirmation that this is a waitlist request with no payment on this form.
  • Shop / checkout (Ecwid): when you buy through the embedded store, Ecwid (and its payment provider, Mollie) process order, payment, and shipping details. Card data is handled by those providers, not stored on this website.
  • Technical data: standard server/CDN logs and whatever cookies or storage the shop widgets require to run the cart and checkout.

Why we use it

  • To run the size M waitlist and email you when stock is ready
  • To fulfil shop orders and customer support
  • To keep the site and checkout working securely

Who processes data for us

  • Formspree: receives waitlist form submissions and can email them to us
  • Ecwid: powers the product storefront and cart
  • Mollie: processes payments through Ecwid checkout
  • Netlify: hosts this static website

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept for as long as needed to notify you about availability and related follow-up, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Shop order retention follows Ecwid / Mollie account settings and applicable accounting rules.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights related to waitlist data we hold, use the Help form.

Cookies

This site’s own pages are largely static. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies on the showroom pages. The Ecwid shop and cart may set cookies or local storage required for shopping and checkout (essential for those features to work). A short notice explains this on first visit; it does not block the shop.
